Challenge for life from working

 
 My name is Leena, and I came to work with Nokian Tyres as a financing manager in 2006. There are never two days alike in my work, which is something I like. The tasks of our financing team include external and internal financing of the Group, as well as management of financing and credit risks. My tasks have already changed a great deal over the eighteen months I have been with the company. When the Group grows, I’ll have an excellent opportunity to develop myself and my work. Daily global contacts and utilisation of my English skills are positive characteristics of my work, and I wasn’t able to utilise them in any of my previous positions to this extent. 
 
It is nice to work at Nokian Tyres: we are cared for here. The company offers excellent sports and training opportunities. To top if off, there is an option scheme covering the entire personnel. I have taken advantage of the offered services in the form of a golf club and learning the basics of the Russian language. Some day I may even find myself in a Pilates class.
