Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co LLC now holds a total of 6,220,002 Nokian Tyres’ share representing 4,99 % of company’s 124.630.700 shares and voting rights.

On 13 November, 2007 Nokian Tyres received an announcement according to which the ownership of Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co LLC has increased from the previous share of 4.96% to 5.02% of the voting rights and share capital in Nokian Tyres as a result of a share transaction concluded on 9 November 2007. Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co LLC now holds a total of 6,191,363 Nokian Tyres’ share which represents 5.02 % of company’s 123,311,910 shares and voting rights.

Nokian Tyres has today received an announcement from INVESCO Asset Management according to which as a result of a share transaction concluded on 17 July 2006, the holdings of AMVESCAP PCL, for and on behalf of funds managed by its affiliates, now represent more than 5 % of the voting rights and share capital in Nokian Tyres plc. AMVESCAP PCL, for and on behalf of funds managed by its affiliates, now holds a total of 6,653,883 Nokian Tyres' share representing 5.45% of company's 122,032,270 shares and voting rights.

Nokian Tyres has been informed that as a result of a share transaction executed today, March 19, 2003, the holdings of Nokia Corporation in Nokian Tyres plc have been reduced from 18.9% to 0% of the voting rights and share capital in Nokian Tyres plc. The share transaction was executed in accordance with the agreement between Nokia Corporation and Bridgestone Europe NV/SA dated February 24, 2003 that was notified under Chapter 2, Section 10, of the Securities Markets Act on February 24, 2003.

Nokian Tyres plc has been informed today that Nokia Corporation (register number 2.263) has agreed to sell its 2.000.000 Nokian Tyres shares to Bridgestone Europe NV/SA. The transaction price was 39.17 euros per share. As a result of this the share of Bridgestone Europe in Nokian Tyres ownership and voting rights will be 18.9% and accordingly Nokia's share will decrease to 0%.
