In with the company growth

I've been with the company for 10 years, spending the majority of that time at Vianor. My tasks have varied along the way, although most have been related to sales and business development. My current responsibility is to expand and develop the Vianor network in Central Europe and all countries with Vianor partner activities.

My work entails daily challenges; you need a certain kind of flexibility and understanding, as well as a knowledge of different countries, cultures and markets. I spent time working in our sales division inPraguefor a couple of years, which gave me a new perspective on my work. As the chain expands, we are continuously presented with new countries and the opportunities and challenges that result. I enjoy my job and especially the feeling of being a part of the company's growth. Nice co-workers and collaborating with a diverse range of people from around the world are definitely the best parts of this work.
