I work at Nokian Heavy Tyres as a steel calender operator. I joined the company in 1994 and I have thoroughly enjoyed working here. My current work has many positive aspects, such as the working-hour system that enables me to do only day shifts. Also, I have been able to participate in the development of the production line system. It is, naturally, great to have the machine function the way I like it – after all, I am the one operating it daily. In addition, we have a great team of co-workers, and we share our own kind of humour that lightens up the day and makes coping with demanding work more pleasant.

I utilise our employee benefits, such as the exercise vouchers. I also participate in almost all of our personnel events as the atmosphere is great.
