 We at Nokian Tyres work together but honour diversity. We support each other and never leave a colleague in a pinch. We are creative, curious and have the courage to question as well as the willingness to invent something new. We set ambitious objectives for ourselves, and do not give up easily. We enjoy our work, offer constructive criticism and help each other. This is how we are able to perform excellently even under difficult circumstances.
 
You need relaxing leisure activities to counterbalance work and have a new spark for innovations. Nokian Tyres offers many events and sports activities outside of working hours. We can get to know each other better and make new acquaintances in the events and activities. The Nokian Tyres family boasts many an interesting story, important friendship and know-how passed from one generation to the next. Some play in a band together, others pan for gold, play hockey or ride horses. We have lives outside of work too.
