Vianor Industrial – A new concept to provide professional service for heavy vehicles

The tyre store chain Vianor together with Nokian Heavy Tyres has developed the new Vianor Industrial concept which offers companies and contractors using heavy vehicles a professional solution utilizing the latest innovations and operating models in the field of tyre manufacturing.

“The strength of the new concept lies in Vianor's improved ability to be close to the customer while understanding and anticipating their different tyre needs as well as to develop solutions for both product and service related problems. Cooperation with Nokian Heavy Tyres enables the continuous chain of information and development to flow between the products' manufacturer, retailer and end user,” says Juha Lehtinen, Vianor‘s Marketing Manager for heavy vehicle tyres.

This unique concept meets the increasing need for more technical services for the customer who drives a heavy vehicle. There are already over 20 Vianor Industrial stores in Finland, Sweden and Norway. The expertise of the sales staff, who have acquired special training, is also available to customers in other Vianor stores which will enable them to consult with the specialized personnel when looking for the best solutions for their tyre problems. In the future, the number of stores included in the Vianor Industrial concept will increase and the concept will expand all over the world.

At the moment the Finnish stores which operate under the Vianor Industrial concept are located in Hyvinkää, Tampere and Ylivieska.
