Co-workers offer joy in a day at work

 
 My name is Katja. I’m 24 years old and have been at Nokian Tyres for four years. I assemble passenger car tyres, and the wonderful co-workers are absolutely the best thing in my work. We work seamlessly together, and nobody leaves a friend in a pinch in our department.  Many may think that my job is monotonous, but I like it.
 
After a shift, I can go home with a clear conscience, having done my share of the work. There’s no need to take work back home with me because I know that the next shift will take care of things when I’ve left. All in all, I have plenty of free time for my hobbies: motor cycling, slalom skiing and exercising.
