Plenty of opportunities for active participators

I started in Nokian Tyres' component manufacture in 1994, and since then I've moved on to different projects and tasks focusing on personnel development and training. I find Nokian Tyres to be an excellent employer that strongly supports its employees, takes good care of their well-being and offers many opportunities for personal and professional development. I have utilised the training and exercise services from the beginning. I have also participated in various club activities over the years, and even created a dance club in the beginning of 2010.

I familiarised myself with the inventiveness and initiative activities as soon as I came to work here. I was the leader of one inventiveness group for four years, and after that I have participated in these activities in different roles and capacities, for example, as a coach and an initiative committee's secretary.
