Good motivation

 I’m Heikki, and what I do for a living is coat textile ply with rubber using a machine called Calender 27. I first came to work in the tyre factory when I was fifteen years old as a summer employee.  I’ve always been happy to come back. I like physical labour and enjoy moving about: sitting in an office is not for me. I really like my colleagues, and we also meet off duty, doing sports. The wages are fine, and caring for my children is easy since I’m a shift worker. 
 
Even though I didn’t finish my engineering studies, I have studied here while working. I recently received a rubber industry vocational certification and my next challenge is to become a production master. The training offers the opportunity to advance in my job, even up to a position of leadership. There are often other, interesting vacancies here.
