Stock options 2007
On 3 April 2007 the Annual General Meeting of Nokian Tyres plc decided to issue stock options to the personnel of the Nokian Tyres group. Of the stock options, 2,250,000 shall be marked with the symbol 2007A, 2,250,000 shall be marked with the symbol 2007B and 2,250,000 shall be marked with the symbol 2007C.
The share subscription period is:
- for stock option 2007A: 1 March 2009 -31 March 2011
- for stock option 2007B: 1 March 2010 -31 March 2012
- for stock option 2007C: 1 March 2011- 31 March 2013
Stock options 2010
On 8 April 2010 the Annual General Meeting decided to issue a maximum total of 4,000,000 stock options to the personnel of Nokian Tyres Group. The stock options issued can be exchanged for shares constituting a maximum total of 3 % of the company’s shares and votes of the shares, after the potential share subscription.
The share subscription period is:
- for stock option 2010A: 1 May 2012 -31 May 2014
- for stock option 2010B: 1 May 2013 -31 May 2015
- for stock option 2010C: 1 May 2014- 31 May 2016
