Nokian Tyres’ financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2019

Nokian Tyres plc will publish the following financial information in 2019:

- Financial Statement Bulletin 2018, February 5, 2019

- Interim Report for January–March 2019, May 8, 2019

- Half Year Financial Report for January–June 2019, August 6, 2019

- Interim Report for January–September 2019, October 30, 2019

Nokian Tyres Financial Review for 2018 will be available in English and Finnish at www.nokiantyres.com the week commencing March 11, 2019 at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting of Nokian Tyres plc is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday April 9, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Shareholders, who request a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included in the agenda of the Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors in writing no later than February 19, 2019.
