Nokian Tyres’ financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2020

Nokian Tyres plc Financial calendar October 30, 2019, 2:00 p.m.

Nokian Tyres plc will publish the following financial information in 2020:

- February 4, 2020: Financial Statement Release 2019

- May 5, 2020: Interim Report for January–March 2020

- August 4, 2020: Half Year Financial Report for January–June 2020

- October 27, 2020: Interim Report for January–September 2020

Nokian Tyres Financial Review for 2019 will be available in English and Finnish at www.nokiantyres.com the week commencing March 9, 2020 at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting of Nokian Tyres plc is tentatively scheduled for Thursday April 2, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Shareholders, who request a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included in the agenda of the Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors in writing no later than February 14, 2020.
