Transactions of managers

Transactions of managers: instructions starting on July 3, 2016

Nokian Tyres’ managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, ”MAR”)) are requested to follow the instructions below for notifying transactions as of July 3, 2016.

Published releases

Managers and their closely associated persons (see chart):
Notification of trade on Nokian Tyres’ financial instruments on day T+1 to Nokian Tyres plc → Nokian Tyres sends notification to Financial Supervisory Authority as well as a stock exchange release of the transactions of the manager. The notification of trade must be made without delay within 3 working days after the transaction. Possible sanctions for the delay will concern the notifier and the company.  

Instructions for filling the transaction notification form:
1. Please notify Nokian Tyres in advance to email address trading@nokiantyres.com of every contemplated transaction with the financial instruments relating to Nokian Tyres.

2. After the transaction please fill in the transaction notification form on the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority’s (FSA) webpage at

The following information is needed on the form:

3. Please send the completed form as email attachment to trading@nokiantyres.com within one day from the date of the transaction (T+1).

4. Nokian Tyres submits the form to the Finnish FSA on behalf of the manager, and publishes the information received as a stock exchange release after receipt of the notification, within three days after the transaction has taken place.

As of 3 July 2016, published notifications of transactions by managers and their closely associated persons can be found in Nokian Tyres’ stock exchange releases.
