Nokian Tyres plc: Decisions of the Board of Directors’ organizing meeting

The Board of Directors of Nokian Tyres held its organizational meeting today.

The Board of Directors elected Elina Björklund as the Chair and Antti Mäkinen and Tom Adams as members of the Audit Committee.

The Board of Directors elected Elisa Markula as the Chair and Jouko Pölönen and Susanne Hahn as members of the People and Sustainability Committee.

The Board of Directors elected Markus Korsten as the Chair and Antti Mäkinen and Tom Adams as members of the Investment Committee.
