The Annual General Meeting of Nokian Tyres plc is tentatively scheduled for Thursday April 8, 2010 at 4 p.m.

The 2009 Annual Report will be available on Nokian Tyres home pages, www.nokiantyres.com on Thursday March 18, 2010 at the latest.
