INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF SHARES HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE TRADE REGISTER 15 APRIL 2005
The 1:10 increase in the number of Nokian Tyres shares without raising the share capital has been recorded in the Trade Register on 15 April, 2005. The number of shares is now 119,373,010 and the nominal value is 0.20 euro. The split share will be admitted for trading in the Helsinki Stock Exchange from 18 April 2005. At the same time the trading lot will change into 50 shares.
