Vice President, Purchases and Logistics, Mr. Kari-Pekka Laaksonen is appointed Vice President, Sales and Logistics as of 1 February 2006.
Vice President, Nokian Car And Van Tyres, Mr. Antero Juopperi is appointed Senior Vice President, Strategy as of 1 March 2006. He is responsible for all Russian business activities, R&D and Corporate Development of Nokian Tyres Group.
Vice President, Finance and Control, Mr. Rami Helminen is appointed Vice President, Car and Van Tyres as of 1 March 2006.
Treasurer, Mrs. Anne Leskelä is appointed Acting Vice President, Finance and Control as of 1 March 2006.
Laaksonen, Juopperi, Helminen and Leskelä report to Mr. Kim Gran, President and CEO of Nokian Tyres.
Vice President, Nokian Truck Tyres, Mr. Alexej von Bagh is appointed Chief Operating Officer of Vianor Holding Oy and Managing Director of Vianor Oy, as of 1 March 2006. His tasks also include the operative management of Nokian Truck Tyres unit. He reports to Mr. Seppo Kupi, Managing Director of Vianor Holding Oy.
Country Manager of Nokian Tyres in Sweden, Mr. Jari Lepistö is appointed Managing Director of Vianor Sweden as of 1 February 2006. He reports to Vianor´s COO Alexej von Bagh. Lepistö also continues as Country Manager of Sweden.
