Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Bulletin Sept.29,2000 2.30 pm.
Nokian Tyres plc and Michelin Group signed today the frame agreement concerning the off-take co-operation. The enclosures of the frame agreement, i.e. detailed contact manufacturing agreements of separate product groups are, however, still open. It is the target to finalise them during October and to start the first phase in tyre production during the year 2000.
