Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release 22 May 2012 8:45 a.m.
After 21 February 2012 registered new shares a total of 1,041,159 Nokian Tyres plc's shares have been subscribed with the 2007B option rights and 325,172 with the 2007C option rights. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc's Option Programs of 2007. The subscription time with the 2007B option rights ended on 31 March 2012.
New shares have been registered into the Trade Register on 22 May 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The share capital will not increase with subscriptions made by 2007 option rights. The entire subscription price of EUR 25,319,679.96 will be entered in the invested unrestricted equity reserve. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Nokian Tyres plc shares will increase to 131,862,726 shares.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 23 May 2012.
