SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS; NOKIAN TYRES PLC
After November 5, 2004 registered increase in share capital a total of 5,410 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2001A option rights and 17,260 with the option rights 2001B. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Program of 2001.
An increase in share capital totalling 45,340 euros was entered into the Trade Register on December 27, 2004.
The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares as of December 28, 2004.
