SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS; NOKIAN TYRES PLC
After December 27, 2004 registered increase in share capital a total of 5,410 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2001A option rights and 5,010 with the option rights 2001B. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Program of 2001.
An increase in share capital totalling 20.840 euros was entered into the Trade Register on February 21,2005.
The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares as of February 22, 2005.
