Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from Amundi Asset Management on June 15, 2022, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the announcement Amundi Asset Management’s and its funds combined direct and indirect holding in Nokian Tyres shares exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on June 10, 2022.
The direct shareholding of Amundi Asset Management and its funds in Nokian Tyres amounted to 6,653,871 shares, corresponding to 4.79% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights, and indirect shareholding in Nokian Tyres amounted to 1,465,767 shares, corresponding to 1.05% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
