According to the announcement, the total holding in Nokian Tyres shares and voting rights owned by the funds and accounts managed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on March 14, 2023.
