Nokian Tyres plc corrects the stock exchange release published on May 5, 2022 at 10:05 a.m. regarding the flagging announcement from Société Générale SA. The notification contained incorrect percentages regarding the chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights and/or the financial instruments are effectively held starting with the ultimate controlling natural person or legal entity. All other information in the release was correct.

According to the announcement Société Générale SA’s total holding in Nokian Tyres shares exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on May 3, 2022. The holdings of Société Générale SA in Nokian Tyres amounted to 7,094,641 shares, corresponding to 5.11% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
